My name is Alex Zizo, I have been in the food industry since I was 15. My main passion in life has always been food and I constantly strive to understand all aspects of building different recipes and coming up with the perfect presentation.

This blog is my way of getting out in the public and to hopefully help people to better understand the process that goes into the creation of their favorite dishes. I also hope to help educate the interested in truly understanding what we as restaurant professionals are going through on a regular basis.
